The hospital attached to the college for treating small ruminants, large ruminants and companion animals possess excellent diagnostic and surgical facilities. Apart from outpatient units, there is a 24 hours casualty, inpatient unit and referral clinic which houses advanced equipments like endoscope, ophthalmoscope, arthroscope, dialyser, Electro Cardio Graph, Electro Encephalo Graph etc.

A modern Student Day Centre caters to the needs of students during day time which houses ten lecture halls and two seminar halls equipped with audiovisual facilities, a computer lab with 20 terminals for hands on computer practical exercises, an Internet Kiosk with 20 terminals to enable Internet browsing and Emailing by students and a well equipped library.

The Internet Kiosk in the campus is unique in the university wherein a leased line Internet connectivity is available. Apart from this, all the departments and offices are provided with computers, which are networked through LAN and WAN for speedy transfer of information across the University.

Hostel
The students’ hostel of the college is located near the college itself. It hasnine blocks, which can accommodate around 750 students. It has two messes one each for boys and girls.Facilities like modern kitchen, reading room, indoor stadium (with a modern gymnasium), TV, etc. are provided for the hostel inmates.

The library is one of the prestigious assets of this college and has a stock of over 35,000 books and 30,000 journals. A total of 162 journals (139 International and 23 Indian journals) are being subscribed. Latest facilities like reprography, CD ROMs, microfitche, microfilm, video library are available in the library. The Bioinformatics center has facility for online and offline literature searches.
