  • Establishment of unit for “Histology and Histochemistry” in the department provides a collection of microanatomy and embryology of various organs of different species.
  • Complete studies on the histology and histochemistry of various organs in Indian Buffalo and Japanese quail have been undertaken in postgraduate research programme.

Seminar, training and other achievements

  • Conducted XV Annual convention of IAVA and National symposium on “Indispensable Veterinary Anatomy – A dispensing tool to Veterinary practice” during December 2000.
