Peripheral hospital

About us
This hospital was established in 1.4.1995  as Peripheral Veterinary Hospital and later re-
named as Veterinary University Peripheral Hospital with primary mission to provide quality treatment to pet animals and large animals of suburban area of north madras. The services endorsed good response from all types of animal  owner.The hospital located at Madhvaram Milk Colony, under the control of Tamilnadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. The Hospital is 13 KM away from the famous Madras Veterinary College campus.

Services

  1. It provides best possible services to farm animal and pet animals.
  2. It also provides mobile clinical services in all working days except on Govt.holidays at two places of north madras. The mobile has in-built treatment facilities. The first mobile service at Kannadasan nagar (near EB office) functions between 8.30-9.30AM.The second mobile services at Periyar nagar function between 10.00-11.00AM.
  3. Impart clinical training to undergraduate students of Madras Veterinary College and intern students of Veterinary College and Research Institute, Namakkal.

Time
The working hours of the hospital is between 8.00 to11.30 AM and 1.30pm-5.00pm emergency case in all working days. In Government holidays, the working time is between 8.00 to 11.30 AM
