The college offers the following academic programs

• Four year Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc) degree program.
• Two year Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc) degree program in 8 disciplines viz. Aquaculture, Fisheries Biology and Capture Fisheries, Fisheries Biotechnology, Fisheries Economics, Fisheries Environment, Fisheries Extension, Fishing Technology and Fisheries Engineering and Fish Processing Technology.
• Three year Ph.D degree program in 4 disciplines viz. Aquaculture, Fisheries Biology and Capture Fisheries, Fisheries Economics and Fish Processing Technology.
